Nancy's Way a TouchStone Path to Self-Health teaches people how to be proactive versus reactive when it comes to achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. All too often, we fail to practice a regular wellness program. As a result, we react to the circumstances when we become injured or sick.

We teach people the unique tools by blending therapeutics techniques with health and fitness programs, so they can take charge of their health by becoming proactive. As a result, people are empowered to create and design their life as a free and healthy expression of whom they truly are and handle the tough times when they do get injuries or sicknesses.

Our programs combine comprehensive fitness workouts, nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilatory knowledge into a complete curriculum for health that encompasses the total person in body, mind and spirit.
